What if someone uploads an appropriate photo?

There are three ways Instant Spotlight lets you enjoy your event without worrying about inappropriate photos. First. Instant spotlight includes automatic AI control that identifies and rejects things like nudity, inappropriate gestures, and pics without clear subjects. Second, If you do spot a photo that you deem inappropriate, you can reject it while it’s in the queue, or at any point, so it won’t appear on screen. As an additional optional security measure, you can switch your Instant Spotlight experience in manual mode and assign a moderator (but this isn’t usually necessary).

What do I need at the event for this to work?

Instant Spotlight is 100% digital. All it takes to get your experience up and running is laptop, an internet connection or Wi-Fi, and whatever projector or screen you already have.

What if my internet connection gets interrupted?

Don’t worry. Instant Spotlight caches data during playtime. That way, even if the internet connection goes out, your Instant Spotlight experience continues to play

We have a professional photographer. How can he upload photos?

All your photographer has to do is login like any other guest, so they can easily post photos — whether instantly from their phone or downloaded onto their laptop computer. If you want to show only professional photos for any portion of your event, you can pin those to a special collection.

Can we disable guest sign-in?

Yes. As a host, you can block any individual guests via their email or phone number. Or if you want to simply disable all guest photos, you can choose to stream only a pinned collection of photos.

Is WiFi needed?

Yes. We recommend that you check the venue/location for WiFi prior to the event. If stable WiFi is not available, you can also connect through a cell phone WiFi hotspot. Be sure to check both signal availability and hotspot charges with your service provider

Will all the photos be available for download after the event?

Yes. As a host, all everything uploaded to your Instant Spotlight experience will be available to for you to download after the event. You can access your download link 24/7 in the Esstart platform.

How long are photos available to download?

We’ll keep your photos stored for 90 days after your event so they’re available to download. After 90 days, your event and photos will auto-delete to save space in our system.

What if I don't end up using Instant Spotlight at my event?

We’ll provide you a full refund if you use less than 15 minutes.
